CHN FOUNDATION UPDATES BERLIN ROTARY

Lynn Kleman, Executive Director of the CHN Foundation was the program at Berlin Rotary’s general membership meeting recently.  Updating Rotarians on the function of the CHN Foundation Kleman thanked the Berlin club for its support over the years.  Kleman spoke of ways the CHN Foundation can be helpful to the residents in Green Lake, Marquette and Waushara counties through providing assistance with medical expenses.  The many ways it can help is through assistance with rent, bill paying for medical expenses, prescription costs and transportation.  The CHN Foundation is also the major grant writer for Community Health Network and philanthropy in health care. 

The CHN Foundation consists of 2 people on staff including Kleman.  A nine member Board of Directors consists of members that the foundation serves in the three county area.
